Data we receive
When you contact us or use the booking form, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, journey details, flight or vessel reference, passenger and luggage information, company details and any special requirements you choose to provide.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to booking or quote requests, check availability, organise the requested service, communicate about your journey and issue invoices where applicable. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a confirmed booking and compliance with applicable legal obligations.
How requests are sent
The booking form prepares a message for WhatsApp or your email application. The website itself does not store the form content. Messages are then handled through the selected messaging or email provider under its own terms.
Retention
Booking and contact information is retained only for as long as necessary to handle the request, perform a confirmed service, manage follow-up and meet legal or accounting obligations. It is then deleted or anonymised when no longer required.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction or objection to its processing, or data portability where applicable by writing to contact@azurvtcar.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
